Special Construction

To ensure a close match, a sample must be received by October 14th. Logistics Management can only source domestic materials and may not be able to send samples after that date. Please contact Logistics Management for further information and detailed quote.

Painted Walls

Available upon request. Sherwin Williams is the preferred paint supplier for the fair. Please provide a color code or sample color to Logistics Management with the desired finish (matte/flat, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, gloss). If specifying a paint other than Sherwin Williams, please provide an RAL color selection code. “Please note, we cannot guarantee exact color matches for Pantone color references.” Custom paint can be shipped to the tent only if Logistics Management has confirmed the quantity needed for adequate coverage and touch-ups. Specialty paints, such as Regal Select and Farrow and Ball, will incur a material surcharge.

Wallpaper Application

In case of such an installation please contact Logistics Management for further assistance. For all applications, please send a small sample of the selected wallpaper. Fire certificates are required for all materials used.

Reinforcement of Walls

Any large and/or heavy objects require a qualified art handler/installer. Please communicate all reinforcement needs to Logistics Management.

Special Constructions

We offer a wide range of custom-made wall constructions such as fascias, wall cut-outs, plinths, and nonstandard wall elements as well as individual booth constructions. Please contact Logistics Management for a quote and further information.

Fire Regulations

Any materials used for booth construction not provided by Logistics Management are subject to specific fire ratings for health and safety as per the City of Miami Fire Department.

Validity of Quotes

Construction estimates will have a maximum validity of 10 days unless otherwise noted.
