Credential Instructions

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE REQUEST FORM BEFORE NOVEMBER 21

Use this hyperlink to tell us for whom your Gallery or Company needs credentials. Without an official LIST OF NAMES & EMAILS from your company our team will NOT issue credentials on your behalf. To anyone.

The deadline is FRIDAY NOVEMBER 21. Late requests will be honored at a penalty of $50 per credential, payable electronically. All late requests will cost $50 per credential.

LOAD IN AND BUILD OUT

All credentials for load in & strike are wristbands. We offer UNLIMITED for your Vendors & Teams needing access during set up & strike. These are ONLY valid during set up & strike.

All galleries will receive wristbands for access during load in.

SHOW DAYS (DECEMBER 2-7)

Access on show days is exclusively via Digital credential: ID123. Once we receive your list of names & emails each person will be emailed a unique link to download their credential via an app. Credentials cannot be shared. Each link is unique to an individual email address.

STEP 2: AFTER FRIDAY NOVEMBER 21

Use this hyperlink to MAKE LATE REQUESTS. All late requests will cost $50 per credential.

STEP 3: PICK UP YOUR CREDENTIALS

WRISTBANDS valid during set up & strike will be issued onsite at check-in. Wristbands do not provide access during show days.

Late or onsite requests will be honored at a cost of $50 per credential payable electronically prior to issuance.

HANGING PERSONALIZED credentials so guests can identify who is associated with your space will be distributed by our team prior to show open. These are NOT valid for access.
