Proof of Insurance
Please send proof of insurance to nicole@designmiami.com. Any gallery not providing proof of insurance by this date will be automatically billed on their final invoice.

Credentials Due
Credential must be submitted by November 20. Credentials are mandatory for all exhibitors and installation teams.
November 29 - 30
Vetting Documentation Due
All exhibiting galleries MUST abide by the regulations listed here and provide all requested information to vetting@designmiami.com ahead of your assigned vetting appointment time which each exhibitor will receive in advance of the fair. Ahead of this appointment, the exhibitor must print and place each of their vetting forms next to their corresponding pieces. During the appointment time, the exhibitors must vacate their booth. Failure to prepare and place Vetting Forms by appointment time results in a $2,000 fine.
