Credential Instructions

STEP ONE: COMPLETE THE REQUEST FORM BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20 

Use this hyperlink to submit the names and email addresses of everyone from your Gallery or Company who requires credentials. 

Please note the following complimentary credential limits: 

  • Owners: Maximum of 2 digital access credentials through ID123, valid throughout the duration of the show.
  • Booth Staff: Maximum of 4 digital access credentials through ID123, valid throughout the duration of the show.
  • Photographers: Maximum of 2 digital access credentials, valid during show days, including designated pre- and post-opening hours.
  • Vendors: Unlimited silicone or paper wristbands, valid only during setup and strike.

Personalized hanging credentials will also be provided for Owners and Booth Staff for identification purposes. These do not provide access to the show. 

Credentials cannot be issued without an official list of names and email addresses from your Gallery or Company. 

The deadline for requesting credentials is Friday, November 20. Late requests will be accepted at a cost of US $50 per credential, payable electronically.


STEP TWO: LATE REQUESTS AFTER NOVEMBER 20

All late requests will cost US $50 per credential.


STEP THREE: RECEIVE YOUR CREDENTIALS 

Digital Owner & Booth Staff Credentials: Each individual will receive an email with instructions to download and access their digital credential through the ID123 platform. Digital credentials are assigned to the individual and cannot be shared. 

Hanging Exhibitor Credentials: Personalized hanging credentials will be distributed onsite prior to show opening. These are for identification purposes only and do not provide access. 

Photographer Digital Credentials: Each photographer will receive a digital credential through ID123, valid during show days, including designated pre- and post-opening hours. 

Vendor Wristbands: Silicone or paper wristbands will be issued onsite at check-in and are valid only during setup and strike. 

Late or onsite requests will be accepted at a cost of US $50 per credential, payable electronically prior to issuance.
