Exhibitor Work Removal Form

Design Miami discourages work from leaving for the duration of the fair. If a client insists on removing work(s) during the fair, a Work Removal form can be found in the Exhibitor’s Office. It must be completed by an authorized gallery representative, the client, and/or the person retrieving the work, and an authorized member of Show Management: Ginger Wang or Grela Orihuela. This form must be presented to security upon exiting the fair.

Please note we only make exceptions for work(s) that can be hand-carried out of the fair, works that do not require any machinery or equipment for removal, and work removal that does not negatively impact the integrity of the exhibition.
