Invoicing

  • All invoices are billed in CHF.
  • Applicable 8.1% Swiss VAT tax will be applied to relevant charges.
  • Invoice amounts are to be paid in full and any applicable exhibitor bank fees must be paid by the exhibitor to the exhibitor’s bank.
  • All invoices are due within 10 business days. A 4% late fee will apply.

Invoice Schedule

Booth Fees

  • Booth Deposit: CHF 7,000 is due upon acceptance
  • Booth Installment #1: CHF 22,500 due upon receiving key plan, as well as $350 digital membership fee (billed in CHF)
  • Booth Installment #2: Balance of booth fee due, which will be invoiced with confirmation of actual booth size and receipt of technical booth drawing

Booth Improvement Charges

  • Booth Improvement Invoice #1: Invoiced with 1st signed estimate for booth improvements
  • Booth Improvement Invoice #2: Invoiced with 2nd signed estimate for any additional booth improvements
  • Final Production Invoice: Invoiced for any onsite and/or additional service charges
