Fairground Surveillance
A security firm commissioned by Design Miami carries out general fairground surveillance before the show, as well as during the setup and dismantling phases.
Advice
Keep a constant eye on your booth during the show and during the setting up and removal of your goods.
Check your exhibits on a daily basis.
Report illegal or suspicious activities to Show Management immediately.
Safes and Strong Boxes
Safes and Strongboxes are available in various sizes from third-party vendors. For further information contact Logistics Management.
Bringing In and Taking Out
Exhibitors may not bring in or remove pieces from their exhibitions after the Vetting Committee has passed through the show. In case of urgent exceptions, please contact Grela Orihuela.
Security Staff
Security staff may only be hired through Design Miami. Exhibitors wishing to hire additional security or dedicated security for their booth should contact Marie-Theres Schneider +1 41 79 630 84 37 for pricing.
Claims
In cases of theft or damage, please contact Show Management immediately. A report will be taken on-site, which you will need to file a claim with your insurance company.
