Fairground Surveillance

A security firm commissioned by Design Miami carries out general fairground surveillance before the show, as well as during the setup and dismantling phases.

Security Staff

Security staff may only be hired through Design Miami. Exhibitors wishing to hire additional security or dedicated security for their booth should contact Lala Periera or Anais Falca for rates and availability: Lala@designmiami.com or Anais@designmiami.com

Claims

In cases of theft or damage, please contact Show Management immediately. A report will be taken on-site, which you will need to file a claim with your insurance company.

Liability

Design Miami accepts no liability.

Advice

• Keep a constant eye on your booth during the show and during the setting up and removal of your goods.
• Check your exhibits on a daily basis.
• Report illegal or suspicious activities to Show Management immediately.
