Shipping

All shipments should be delivered by road freight, sea freight or air freight.  Exhibitors can drive their own things to the fair or use a shipper of their choice. However, all Swiss import formalities need to be completed by one of the fair's preferred shippers. This means sharing a commercial invoice two weeks ahead of fair with your shipper ensuring all item details are accurate and actual sale prices listed are final.

Exhibitors are discouraged to ship via courier (ie DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS or regular postal service).

If galleries do not have clearance completed by an official shipper then gallery accepts full responsibility for any customs fines or duties incurred during the fair.
